Family legal issues can be emotionally and financially stressful. Community Legal provides free assistance for select family law matters to help eligible families understand their options and take the next step forward.
SERVICES WE PROVIDE
Family Law
Community Legal offers a free one-hour consultation for divorce matters to eligible individuals. Eligibility is based in part on household income, including the income of the current spouse.
In select family law cases, Community Legal may offer limited representation as volunteer attorneys become available. Availability varies, and not all cases can be accepted.
Please note: Community Legal does not provide pro bono legal services for post-divorce child custody or child support modifications.
